    Hi guys,

I just got my first ever batch of NutritionX ProX whey protein delivered through the door, the only problem is the front and back covers have come off during delivery, so I cant read how much one should put in a glass of water/milk prior to drinking. does anyone know ?

I also got a tub of MassX as I need to gain a lot of weight, this came with a container on the inside of it, it says on the outside to add two scoops for every 500ml of water. I tried a glass of water with one scoop there earlier, and it wouldn't mix at all. Tasted mank too, I almost threw up ! Er, at the risk of looking insanely stupid, have I dont something wrong ?

Sorry for the stupid questions, I've looked on google and no answers so I was hoping someone in here could sort me out :)

    Thanks a lot !

Off the top of my head, 200ml per scoop of proX. Each scoop has like 28g of protein in it I think. I'm too lazy to go check tbh.

If it mixes and anything like Big Whey then it'll be dead handy.

With MassX you'll need one of these... http://shopeas.co.uk/Product_images/eas-shaker.jpg

You could try blending it but it'd be a pain in the tits to do it all the time. Just get yourself one of those bottles. Most health food stores stock them, as does Argos.

2 scoops of Big Whey to 300/400ml of water or millk depending on taste will see you right.
MassX, defo use a blender or a good hard shake.

ps-labels falling off has happened before too!

    Thanks a lot guys !

Er, another stupid question, but...how big would you say a scoop would be ? The little thing that came with the MassX box says it has "1/2" a cup capacity (4 ounces), should I be adding one of these per every 200mls or so ? Because that seems very excessive / undigestable!

    Thanks :)

I use the scoop that came with it. Weighed it too, just to be sure. Properly packed in it's 30g per scoop alright.

With the massX put in as much water/milk as you like. I like to put in loads of milk so that it's watery rather than thick. I've discovered how to mix it without getting lumps too :p The trick is to start with a only a little milk and mix it up til it's smooth like dough/cake mix and then add more milk keep mixing and it comes out perfect. I wanna get one of those shakers though.

Yeah the shakers as you prob know have a grated cap on them so if you just give it a few shakes it gets rid of all the clumps. Very effective I gotta say and so simple!
