    Hi all

I've been working out for about 1 year, and am happy with my progress
    except
for the fact that I cant get rid of the dreaded double chin.

Anyone have any experience in using facial exercises that work or
    any other suggestions?

Post up what you are doing in th gym and, more importantly, your diet.

Also what is your current weight height and what were they before you started?

If you are losing weight then it will eventually get rid of the chin.

I mainly do the exercise bike and some treadmill

I eat ok, don't drink too much.

I've lost about 2 stone, I'm about 1 and a half over what I should be.

I saw some exercises in a magazine for face and neck and wonder
if anyone has had a good experience with these at all.

I seriously doubt you will have to resort to facial exercises.

Keep at the bike and threadmill. Bring some weight training into your routine. Lift heavy stuff to burn lots of calories and eventually your double chin should vanish.

    What age / weight /height /sex?

If you still have weight to lose then the chin will go in time as you lose the weight.

Specific face and neck exercises will not do anything for you other than strenghen the neck muscles, similar to how sit-ups won't give you a six pack.

A double chin is not a muscle, it is fat - you just have to lose the fat, and like any other area of the body you cannot spot reduce fat in your chin only, you have to lose it all over with good diet and exercise.
