Supplement shop in Newry ??

Just wondering if any one knows where the supplement shop in newry is ??

The IMB have set up cross border check points. The way to get around it is to bring up empty tubs and empty your noxplode into them, just write cocaine on them and you should be fine.
On topic I was up there (around the time the IMB crap happened) and didn't see any, not in either of the big shopping centres anyway.

What mickk don’t you count Holland And Barret :D back on topic I recall seeing a big looking gym I might stick my head in and ask there , Ive been told there’s definitely one in Derry and Belfast I was thinking of Newry because it was close and I pop up there every now and then any way , I wonder how long it will take before we see a supplement store in-between all the fireworks places :D

On a more serious note Mickk do you have any plans on selling bb dvd’s ?? (im thinking of the ones weilder mailorder do, their mail order sstem seems to be a pain in the ass if your not in the uk)

I think that's Reflex Gym in Newry? I haven't trained there but I've met two guys who train there - strong lads. It looks decent anyway.

Just a word of warning and obviously it's the mod's call, but bare in mind you are talking about importing a "controlled" substance.

Creatine is illegal in France. There are shops in Strasbourg or the german side of Strasbourg selling lots of creatine. Is there an inherent danger to importing an 'illegal' killo of creatine - not really.

There are no border controls between north and south so how is little johnny to know what is legal up north may or may not be legal down south and more importantly does he really care? Chances are he does not.

Never at any time did I state an intention to import a "controlled" substance :rolleyes:, I merely asked if any one new where there was a supplement shop in a certain area
