Lidl Painting sets any good?

Lidl have painting sets on the 6th of December: http://www.lidl.ie/ie/home.nsf/pages/c.o.20071206.p.PaintingSet and I was just wondering has any one any experience of them? I've never painted before and I thought these may be a good way to see if I'd like any form of it. I was thinking of picking up the Oil and Watercolour…

Lidl have painting sets on the 6th of December:

I've never painted before and I thought these may be a good way to see if I'd like any form of it. I was thinking of picking up the Oil and Watercolour ones to try them out.

Would there be better alternatives? I may end up hating it so don't want to spend too much
