I know its not Ireland, but its relatively close-London Business School Masters of Finance.

Depends what kind of masters. Each university has "flavours". TCD is focused on financial analysis/CFA ; DCU treasury ; UCD quants ; UL computational ; NUIM economics.
Check them all out.
Remember however that a masters is both a brand and a qualification. Check out the rankings and perceptions, nationally and internationally, of the universities.
