recommendation on brands of protein

    i was wondering if i could get any advice on what are the best brands of protein that people have used on here?

    Nutrition X big whey or ON gold standard would generally be my favorites

    which you can get from

    www.pronutrition.ie or www.irishlifting.com.

    I would generally recommend nutrition X products as they are an irish compnay so you are supporting your own with them

    I just tried the new Nutrition X Pro Matrix yesterday - the lads have been making some serious changes for the better with the taste of their whey, it's delicious. Mixes super-easy too.

    I've used Nutrition X's "pro-x" and found it very good. The mint choc is delicious mixed with milk.

    YA I have used Nutrition X also and found it good. I also have used USN recently and am seeing good results.
