Have a read of this, it's more for the people who already have an idea of the general causes of bad form, thought it would be of interest to some.

My squat sucks ar$e. It dosen't feel right and I have been stuck on around 65kg for ages. Even my bench is higher.

Apart from eating lots and squatting loads I'm not too sure what to do. Should I squat two or three times a week to get it up, or just once a week heavy?

On my fitness log you can see a video of a recent squat session... so feedback appreciated if you spot something really wrong with my form.

I'm no expert and there's others here who will prob be able to spot something else. The only thing I can really notice is that you seem shift the weight forward onto your toes some times. If you look at feet in the video you'll see a tiny bit of movement.

As for workload, maybe look at doing just 5-6 sets of 3 reps at a heavier weight? If the weight is causing you balancing issues throw a 1.25 plate under your heels. As for quantity go with what works best for you, if you can afford to do 2 heavy sessions I'd say go for it.

When you say they don't feel right do you mean that when you squat you get a stretch in your groins? I got that at first when I adopted a stance like yours. Stretching the groin seemed to work for me along with the hips.

For me it's by no means perfect still but it's infinitely better than when I first started.
