Soya bread V wholegrain bread

Hi,i wouldnt usually eat that much bread but recently ive started having a slice of toast at breakfact,i was recommended this bread called soya and linseed bread and i love it-was just wondering is there much difference between soya bread and wholegrain bread(which i would otherwise eat) and is either better for you?thanks

It looks like Soya has more protein and fewer carbs but more salt than wholemeal.
