    Hi JP,
You can reserve 6 seats for my club members (probably more,12 of us went to waterford).

Any further plans on the Satt you plan on running down here. I'm due to start working on a callender of events for next year and I want to pencil the Satt in.

    Cheers, Connie

The only problem being that it makes it a €185 game for a €750 ticket (Is the ME a €675+€75 game?) so do the satellite tickets include reg? It worked for BigSlick though so i dont see why you wont get a good crowd for the sat

I have an idea that i want to throw out there. If its going to be a top up and rebuy, making it a max €185 spend, why not give prizes out in €1k ticket packages...i.e a €750 ticket for the ME and a €250 ticket for the omaha?

Players who get to the 3rd day of the ME could get a cash refund for their omaha tickets or sell them off.

I think thats a great idea, might get more people playing the omaha game that might not otherwise.

I'll do a poll and see what people think.

I've been trying to do my poker schedule roughly for the next few months and I am only about 10 grand short for all the events I would like to play :(

I will definitely at leat paly the supersat for this though, and with one in every 6/76 probably getting a ticket hopefully it will be enough.

Asked this question before, was told to bring a form of identification like a passport and they will have a full list of qualifiers both live and online.

    Also I have another question.
Is there a special accomodation rate with the Red Cow or some other hotel for the weekend?

    Cheers!

The following answers all came from JP who is still without internet access until this coming monday 21st April.

Yes Meddigo, Green Joker Poker / Blue square will give JP a full list of players who qualified online, both their online screen name and their real name. All players who qualified online must bring a form of ID with them to produce when registering on the day

    Hi gocall01,

Yes there is a special room rate in the Red Cow for this event, It is €120 per room/ per night for 2 people sharing
Hi JP, is there going to be any sat for this in the kerry region?

There is a satelitte on in the Macau Club in Cork, on thursday 1st May. It is a €50 with one rebuy/top up. I am not personally aware of the structure but this will be confirmed by JP once he gets back up and running. I'm sure it will be the same structure as the sat in Blazin Aces in Waterford, so I will find out what that was and post here.

JP will also be in contat with Connie O'Sullivan (Connie 147) about having a satellite in Connie's club in KIllarney.

Geoff Laura will be in touch with you about this
    smurph wrote: »

    Hi Colette,

So far there is 60 tickets out for this between satellites live/online, direct buy ins etc.

The feedback JP has being gettin is that 200+ players should be playing the main event.

If 200 players play there will be a prizepool of €135,000.

Which will be around a €40,000 payday for the winner.

JP asked me to apologise for his absence from boards as he is still without internet access. He will answer all of these questions himself once he gets back online

    Thanks

    Alan

    Thanks Al,

For the last post. Down in New Ross for tonights Sat. I've been told that i will have internet again on Monday so i will hopefully be alot more active from then on.

The feedback so far has been great. Just under 60 players either paid in full or qualified. I've a friend running sats in Spain every friday, and has qualified 6 players in the last 2 weeks.

The main event is limited to 250 players and looks like it will have 200+ players.

Their will be a sat in the Gold Club in Letterkenny, the Loft in Naas and more which i will post as soon as i have the full details.

until i have full internet access if anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me on 087 6448132.
