westwood clontarf weighing scales

    does anyone know if the weighing scales that is in the mens changing room accurate. i weighed myself and it told me i weighed about 11.5 stone which i'm happy with. when i check myself on the weighing scales at home it told me i weighed less, the same goes to the scales thats in the main gym. can someone tell me if the changing room scales is accurate

    are you weighing yourself first thing in the morning on all the mentioned scales? This is the most accurate time for a reading

    Unless you're concerned about ACTUAL weight for some sport or competition, I think the main thing is to weigh yourself on the same scales at the same time of the day - taking more notice of the changes on that scales from day to day rather than the overall weight.

    There is half a stone in the difference between my weighing scale at home and the one in the gym. I dont know which is right, but I only use the one at home (at consistent times of the day) to measure progress/regress (is regress the opposite of progress?? :o)
