Recovery after car accident

    Had a car accident a few months ago and have been left with a back injury for the last while. I used to train 5days a week but have been unable to do so for due to the back/shoulder injury. Weighed myself last nite and have put on 1.5 stone :eek: Want to get rid of it so what should I be aming for as regrards excercice? Few have been suggested swimming, how many lengths? stationary cycling or cross trainer time and intensity?
