I joined this website searching for singer for at last 3 weeks. You seems to most of visitors too professionally. Even for me. You have to display your add for quite long time.
It is very rare to meet people your standard on this forum .
If you get a chance please, have a look on www.myspace.com/blindsking
You may advice me how to find someone around Dublin who could be interested to sing in that style of music.
As a foreigner I am not familiar with Irish music industry.

well this is my first time on this site so i'm not one to give advice to you really:D
anyone i have worked with in the past i have either known on someone recommended them to me or me to them.
but i myself am looking for new projects at the moment to work on and someone mentioned this site to me so i thought i'd post on this and see whats out there.
where did you hear my stuff?

We're a 3-piece originals outfit, playing sexy, jazzy, soulful dance music with a bit of rock thrown in for good measure. I'd like to take a back seat from singing and concentrate more on guitar and backing vox, and we'd be very interested in having a jam with you if you'd be on for it?

great voice, not annoying in the slightest (i find alot of female vocals to be annoying-yeah yeah yeah's etc)

If i may give my 2 cent... Dont do so much of the techno stuff for a portfolio - its good n all, but i would try get as many different styles of music as possible (that you are interested in singing to) to show flexability

I am working on a few projects this month but we could arrange a meeting next month to touch base. It's always exciting to work with new people. Hi.I'm in a gigging covers band and we need a singer quickly,we have had to cancel gigs for this week because we've been let down.We're all experienced players and have our own p.a., at the moment we have a set of about thirty songs and gigs confirmed. We are heading for the wedding /corporate gig scene and we need someone to rehearse once a week, and to be available for one maybe two gigs a week. I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but if you are interested, we are aiming for a rehearsal next thursday ..

We are a working cover band so we dont have a demo. Suffice to say the 4 of us are very experianced and we like to think professional in our approach.

I get the vibe your looking for original stuff but if this sort of thing intrests you then we are arranging something at the studio next week.

I've been working with a couple of Dublin bands over the last couple of years writing and developing...setting up my own creative music company at the moment...working mainly on songwriting and some development etc... won't go into it too much here but you can check out the site to get a better idea - it's www.intrepidpilotmusic.com (actually must put my own post up soon) anyway there's a few different genres (guitar based) from pop to indie to rock represented on the samples page some are just rough cuts others are a little more polished...one of the bands Oliver's Itch also have a video on there too!

I am a 24 year old singer songwriter from the midlands, I am singing with a gigging band at the mo but not doing any of my original stuff, I would really like to meet up with other female singer songwriters or drummers or bass players etc with a view to writing some interesting music and doing some bitchy gigs!!
