What do i eat before work out

    This is my daily intake of food between 8 and 5:30

    Morning: Porridge andf boiled egg.

    T break @ work 11:45 Yogurt,glass of water

    Lunch: 1:30 Boiled egg with salad ( I usually have deli ham or Chicken fillet but was rushing dismorning.

    15:30 Cashew nuts and grapes.

    So by the time i get home it will be 6:30pm so i get ready to hit the gym, get to the gym for about 7, so basically what im getting at is do i have a meal before and after the w/out??? and if before what type of food??

    Pre workout have plenty of carbs and some protein.

    Weetabix and a shake works for me cos it fits into my diet, it wont be ideal for everyone.
