Hi everyone i just started back at the gym last week and i am curious to wether i am doing the whole loosing weight thing properly my average daily intake of food would be as follows

Breakfast: Porridge with full fat milk

    11:15 weight watchers yogurt

    lunch @ 1:00 -chicken salad

snack on some nuts between 2:00 - 600

Then go to the gym at 7:30 for an hour work out - 30 mins cardio and some weight lifting

Post workout - chicken fillet and veg )about 9:00pm.

My goal is to loose a stone in about four months (at the moment i weigh 140lbs) , i can commit to three evenings at the gym for an hour each time.

    Any advice for me???

    Thanks
    LFSN

I'd say try to get some more protein in your first two meal. Also try and get some more healthy fats in, use olive oil in the salad, use a nut oil on the chicken etc.

Just stay disciplined, don't miss the gym sessions and be honest with yourself - if something isn't working don't keep doing it!

    Best of luck
