    Hi,

For my lunch I have a 150g pot of Lidl yoghurt with a chopped up Apple in it.

Can you tell me from the following if this is a good yoghurt to be eating & also, is it a 'Live' yoghurt.

    It's the Blue Proviact BB12
"The daily plus for your positive nutrition with bifidobacteria BB12"

    Ingredients:
    Whole Milk
    Skimmed Milk Powder
Mild Yoghurt Cultures (bifidobacteria, lactobacillus acidophilus, streptococcus thermophilus)

    Nutritional Information (Per 150g pot)
    Energy 110(kcal)
    Protein 7g
    Carbohydrate 9g
    Fat 5g

    Thanks,
    BB

Yes, I'd say it is a "live" yoghurt as it contains bifidobacteria, lactobacillus acidophilus, streptococcus thermophilus.

Like the fact that it whole milk too!

I hope that's not your whole lunch! Eat more than that, even if you're trying to drop weight.

Well it is & it isn't.

At around 9.30 I have a small bowl of branflakes.
    Around 10.30-11 I have a banana
At 1 I have the yoghurt with an apple chopped up i it.
At around 3.30 I have a large orange.
At 6 I have dinner. E.G. 1 & 1/2 potatoes with homemade veg soup, or meat & gravy, brocolli, peas etc.
Lots & lots of water & some nuts & seeds throughout day.

I'm trying to eat several small meals per day as opposed to 3 large ones.
