    Guys,

Has anyone tried using Xplode II for rugby? I have read great things here on the forum about using it as a pre-workout supplement for weights sessions. The proclaimed advantages sound like they would be exactly what you would want for rugby > increased mental focus, increased energy etc.

Has anyone here used it before rugby training sessions or rugby matches? any advice?

    Thanks in advance

What's your diet like? Is it "okay", "reasonably healthy"? Or is it bang on?

I find it amazing that people will always rush towards supplements before sorting out their diet.

My diet is good. I eat a lot (porridge, pastas, LOTS of chicken tuna etc)and I train a lot. I do not eat junk food except on my one "treat day" a week and I do go out drinking once every couple of weeks. But other than that its very good.

I agree with you on the day to day Riley. Look at Randy with his massive amounts of greens and cardio!

However there is a difference between day to day supplements and pre-match supplements. Even the devout Stokes used to have a pre-competition combo of peanut butter, bananas, honey and wraps (absolutely disgusting btw). It's a dietary supplement in a different form.
