Samba timestamps

    Hi,

Is there a setting in samba that will force a copied file to adopt the unix timestamp behaviour?
That is, the timestamp of the copied file (to a samba share) should be the date/time of the copy operation, not the date/time of the source file.

Alternatively, is there a way to trigger a command upon a copy operation (so that I can touch the file)?

I've checked in man smb.conf, the sample smb.conf and google with no success. Any suggestions, URLs, etc most welcome.

    Thanks

    Liam
