I was thinking about buying some Birt&Tang Ginseng Tea for a bit of a pick me up in the morning but after reading the article at the link below I don't know if there's much point now.

What do you all think about this please?

    best,

I have found ginseng to be a wonder for me as I am recovering from cancer. See the attached link:

Before I started to take the ginseng I used to stay in bed all day, afterwards I am able to stay up from 6.20am to 8pm (a big difference for me) and was able to go back to work.

I honestly don't know if Ginseng really does anything, but I *love* the taste of it tea! :)

    Hi
I have used Siberian ginseng in he past and I find it excellent during busy and stressful times in work and or going through a high intensity training period.
