    lose the cornflakes (eat porridge)
lose the OJ (eat an orange)
lose the hunky dorys (eat nuts)
    lose the roll (eat wholegrain)
    eat more protein
    eat more veg
    eat more good fat
lose the toast banana in the evening (unless that is post-training?)
if you really wanna go to town lose the spuds in the evening (again, unless that's pre or post training)
read the stickies (the stickies is good)

edit - oh, and train more than twice a week!

What he said. Also depends what kind of training you're doing. More water also, I think in metric as opposed to pints but you should get ~2.5 litres.
