    Hi,

I realise this is a bit of a lonshot but here goes..

Some months ago a message was posted here about what would be the best equipment to have at home. Somebody posted a reply with details of a fairly advanced bench and a set of stands that seemed to double as a squat stand and a bench press stand (if that makes sense)

Anyway I can't find the original post so I was wondering if anybody knows the details could you repost them please?

I bought a cheap and cheerful York bench but I'm already disappointed with it - the bars are at a really awkward width so that I can't bench press unless my hands are very close together or very far apart - I'll plug away, I saw a documentary about Cuban boxing once, and the equipment they use to train Olympic is unbelievably sparse but they just get on with it !!
