Present to help a restless sleeper!

A friend of mine is having a birthday soon and I'm looking to get her some sort of present that will help her to sleep. The biggest problem is that she's a total 'fraidy cat when she's alone in bed at night time. This means that she gets frightened at the slightest little noise and then her imagination runs away with her.

Anyone make any suggestions? They don't have to be serious either!

A night light :D No ok maybe some nice oil burner with scented oils to burn before going to bed to create a nice relaxed atmoshphere?

A baseball bat to hit herself over the head. Or a bottle of aspirin and a bottle of vodka.
