If you think you have high blood pressure you should be talking to your doctor first. Fitness assesment could be wrong, but high BP can be bad if untreated.

don't know about exercising after a cold but i do know there's nothin wrong with a HR of 160.
The required HR for a cardio workout depends on your age. For me (early 20s) my max HR is 200 therefore I should try to get between 160-170 for a cardio workout. 132 sounds a bit low to me but compare it against your age etc on google.

No, absolutely not. See a doctor about your blood pressure first.

I'm also wondering about that "Whether you should exercise with a cold" question, maybe it's been answered on another thread that i haven't found...
but still, does any body know any pros/cons to doing that?

My take on it is - your body needs 'rest' to recouperate. If you want to rid of it sooner, take it easy. If you don't mind so much - keep at it.

Now this is just a persosnal opinion, not medical!

Well - if if feel a sniffle coming on I usually keep going. Good cycle or swim is great for clearing the airways.

Take it handy and listen to what your body is telling you - know when to say "sod this" and take a few days off. I remember not taking it easy once and the cold came back with a vengance beacuse i should have been resting - down into the chest, needed antibotics, time off work etc.

If I need to medicate - i'm probably too sick to train.
