Eh with that training and with the diet you posted and weighting 18 1/2 stone someting is definately off. The first thing that occurs to me in portion size and the other is hidden calories. I'd recommend keeping a diary of everything you eat and drink for a couple of weeks and seeing if anything jumps out at you. How long have you been eating like this for?

Personally i would aim for more protein in my diet and i would also aim for more meals throughout the day. Loads of info in the stickies on this so give them a good read through and if you have any questions stick them up here.

Could you throw up some extra info, age sex and height, and details of your excercise?

From a strictly exercise Point of View (let's assume your diet isn't an issue for the moment) you're not challenging your body enough exercise wise, moreso going through the motions.

If you've been on the exercise routine that you're on for any length of time, you will adapt, and your body won't get any major benefit to it. So you need to change it.

Also, you're not training at a high enough intensity to produce the best results. Your strength training should also have heavier weights. Intensity --> results.
