Which is better to use? Been doing crunches all the time but found an ab-roller in my attic just wondering if it's better to use.

to easy to let the ab roller do the work. 100's of sit ups, none actually working your abs, you end up pulling yourself up resulting in back and neck pain.

Stick to old fashioned sit ups, hands on chest.
