I couldn't find an appropriate section for this in FS ....

I'm looking to buy a Bollinger Ab Rock'it ...its kinda like an ab roller. But different. QVC had them for sale a while back but I can't find any online. EBay in the stats is the only place I came across one for sale online.

If you or .. someone you know .. has one of these sitting at the back of your closest and would to off load it .. please let me know! :)

Or even if you have seen one for sale in Ireland somewhere please let me know. Thanks!!

These are widely available in Argos.

na .. you are thinking of the ab roller .. totally different.
ab roller hurts your back and does upper tummy ... may as well be doing normal crunches ...

ab rocket you sit up in .... it leans you back working the lower tummy and doesn't hurt your back :) its a gem.
Probably why I can't find anyone selling one

I would sooner get a chinning bar and do leg raises, or an ab-wheel. Squats will work the abs more than these aids ever will.

And the lads in the infomercials certainly did not get their abs by using these gimmicks!!
