Need SCART out on vid card

Hi, I'm looking to setup a multimedia system for playing DVD's and downloads on my old widescreen from the previous decade which only has a SCART connection. I need to know if it's possible to get an off the shelf video card to output to SCART these days? Or, do I need a converter? If so, which card would you good guys…

This is the only solution I know of: SCART converter

You will need a video card that has component out.

Possibly Y-Pb-Pr (component) -> RGB SCART?
