Need SCART out on vid card

    Hi, I'm looking to setup a multimedia system for playing DVD's and downloads on my old widescreen from the previous decade which only has a SCART connection.

    I need to know if it's possible to get an off the shelf video card to output to SCART these days? Or, do I need a converter? If so, which card would you good guys recommend from Komplett? http://www.komplett.ie/k/kl.aspx?mfr=&bn=10488&sortBy=p&minprice=&maxPrice=
