Yeah heard a bit my aunty was attending one for a while back and she was reporting good steady weight loss, haven’t see or heard anything from her in a while. If I can remember correctly they were advocating lifestyle changes which is good sign. The sell you their own brand protein bars and shakes which I’m sure can be gotten cheaper somewhere else.

Agreed, i have had 2 clients come from there and their approach is simple

cut the carbs and increase the protien and fats - no different than here really and better support

You should really give Motivation Weight Control Clinics a try. I lost 3 stone in 18 weeks and have kept it off for the past year and a half. Its a 20 week programme and they guarantee a stone weight loss every 4-6 wks once you follow the plan. They really get an understanding of your individual needs and tailored a healthy eating plan specifically to me which worked wonderfully. In the past ive yo yo dieted but Motivation showed me how to retrain my habits and attitudes toward food and thats what made the difference to me now. I can't praise them highly enough. I go back once a month for a consutation to help me keep on track, which is totally voluntary but works for me. You are required to take their protein bars/snacks.drinks but they are all really tasty and they have a hugh range in fairness. I wouldnt have survived without them, they were a god send and no more expensive than a protein bar from any health food shop. TRY IT YOU WONT BE SORRY.

They have a newer website www.motivation.ie. They have 3 clinics in dublin, beacon clinic sandyford, city centre dawson street and swords. I went to the beacon clinic, very professional and lovely people. Good luck, you'll be very successful.

I joined Motivation two weeks ago and I find it great I have lost 5lbs so far.
There eating plan is easy to follow cut down on the carbs, increase the protein and cut out the fats, exercise and drink water. You also get a CD which you listen to every day and it helps you to change your weight problem. It is a bit expensive, but it is worth the money when it work.

Hmmmmm... from this and your previous posts here you come across as someone who has a vested interest in one of these "Clinics"!

If people who read the info on this site parcticed whats in the stickys then they would certainly get great results.

Yes the clinic is good for the support but is it any better than whats provided here?

Protein bars? Get used to real food and maybe protien drinks if necessary
