    It's a herbal weight loss supplement. I can guarantee you it won't do what it says on the tin and unfortunately just isn't a good subsitute for a healthy diet for weight loss. It can make a teeny tiny difference to weight loss *if* your diet is spot on already (that is it may slightly speed up fat loss if any of the active ingredients are thermogens), but otherwise it won't have any real noticeable effects.

    If you're having trouble losing weight and you can't figure out why, post up your diet (or on the Nutrition and Diet forum) for some assistance.
