    If you're just starting out with proper training, ie less then a year, then imo the three day system is one of the best going as it gives you time to train, rest then grow. You'll see great results with it if you stick it out for the full 8 weeks and eat properly.

    I followed that routine and found it very good. One of my friends kept saying I got bigger and bigger everytime he saw me, which was nice to hear

    Saying that I am in the first year of doing weights so any routine would have probably been good.
