i currently am using an old york bench with squat stand and vinyl weights.

i am looking to upgrade to a new one and need advice on what make and type to buy and also what bars and discs to buy.

i have 280lbs in vinyl discs so will need to replace this amount. where would i get a good deal?

    can anyone advise?

    thanks for all help

Yes they are cheaper and better quality , I havent used the gym but I have been in it collecting stuff and looks great it's not huge but it has everything you need along with one of the best reputations around the guy that owns it is on this board under the name Mickk drop him a pm if you have any q's about either the gym or the stuff he sells , you wont find a nicer guy.

ye have to go with irish lifting, excellent gear and great prices, and mickk gives great customer service.
I'd suggest this for replacing your weights
http://www.irish-lifting.com/product_info_equipment.php?cPath=1_15&products_id=259 and if you want more weight he is doing a €1 per kilo plate prom at the moment so you can add more if need be. I have the set along with another 40kg in plates myself and it is great quality stuff and also looks so much cooler then the york plates in argos.

As for pinnacle gym, if you like lifting you will love the gym
