    Hey holland and barret are doing a half price sale can anyone recommend any good supplements for general health?

    if they sell "food" you might try a bit of that.:D

    Seriously, just cos they're having a sale doesn't mean you should be rushing out to get something you don't need!

    Fish oil, fish oil and more fish oil. And maybe some vitamin c tabs

    You can get some great bargains during their sales and stock up for months on months. Fish oils and vitamins are normally heavily reduced.
    Watch out for some of their Creatine powders though, they can be laced with sugar.
    Also their protein ( branded precision engineered whey protein, I think ) was great value in the sale, but gave me woeful gas, maybe just didn't agree with my system.

    Yep, it is not on offer, but 1kg of natural peanut butter is about €5.50. Nothing in it but peanuts, and it seems to have a higher protein content than most peanut butters.

    Yeah, I notice that with a lot of their stuff, "diluted down"
