Yeah the ymca have a good new gym.

    Superdub2 -

If our location suits you, you can always pop into The Fitness Dock tomorrow for a FREE trial. That way, you won't have to pay anything for a workout.

We're open from 10-6pm tomorrow (Monday Bank Holiday).

Just phone 01-4053777 to book the trial, fill out a health screening form and then have a great workout.

    Cheers,

    Paul

For a list of gyms that you can join on a temporary basis, either in ireland or while travelling check out http://www.gymvisit.com/findagym.htm?loc=europe/ireland

It's a non commercial site so please feel free to nominate other gyms that you know. J
