Good gigging pubs

Well, I'm with a covers band that has been playing the same circuit for the last year and a half (roughly Templemore, Rathdowney, Nenagh). We're lookin to expand to other pubs around the country. Anyone think of some pubs in the north Tipp/Kilkenny/Carlow area that would take a well established rock band playing the likes…

Well, I'm with a covers band that has been playing the same circuit for the last year and a half (roughly Templemore, Rathdowney, Nenagh). We're lookin to expand to other pubs around the country. Anyone think of some pubs in the north Tipp/Kilkenny/Carlow area that would take a well established rock band playing the likes of Born to be Wild, Jailbreak, Hey Joe etc. as well as more modern stuff like Greenday, Smashing Pumpkins etc? We'd be happy with pub sized venues rather than huge club sized venues.
