Cheers. I have been doing inclined ones recently, really hits the abs. I can knock out 60 normal pressups easily, best was 80. Then I tried these badboys last night- only managed 6. When I first saw them I thought it was nothing special, but it is!

Good chart, the only one i would warn against would be for emphasis on the deltoids. Unless your a big fan of carpel tunnel syndrome! :D

Rubadub, can you tell me what exactly he's doing differently in that video?
Is it he's just placing his hands in closer to his sides than under his shoulders?

Yeah, thats all it is, sounds like a small change, but give it a go and you will soon see how hard it is!

In the video he is also wearing a weighted vest, but it is hard enough without it.

Alright didn't notice the vest but yea I've been doing the press up's as mentioned for a while now, (Think I seen George St Pierre do them after winning one of his fights) and found them great, such a small change and it hits all the right spots!

Lads, might be a long shot - but where would I find a similar chart for use with the chinning bar?

Like different grips and hand positions showing the targeted muscle groups.

    Has it been done?
