How unhealthy is this ?

Toasted bread sandwich with the following contents.

fried egg
ham (I'm not sure what kind of meat but I think its ham)
Gurkins
Cabbage (again, im pretty sure its white cabbage but not sure)
slice of cheese
some kind of hot sweet/spicy sauce

I'm abroad and this is becoming a too-often eaten breakfast/lunch meal.

Pretty unhealthy i'd say, though I suspect you know that - it does sound frickin tasty though (minus the cabbage and gherkins)

Make sure the bread is wholegrain, boil the egg instead of frying,make sure its deli ham (ie: not out of a packet) maybe drop the cheese and your sorted !

No, what im saying is you can basically have the same sandwich but just that bit more healthy ...

heh yeah I shoulda probably guessed its really bad for me.

I just eat out a LOT here because its so bloody cheap. Its just as cheap to go to a restaurant every night as buying groceries here so I'm kinda eating out nearly every night.

P.S > Yes this sandwich does rock, including the cabbage. If you don't like gherkins you could leave them out but the cabbage rocks.

Wouldn't be too pushed about the cheese either myself.

Btw i missed some ingredients, they paste something on the bread before toasting and the egg is full of bits of vegetable, onion anyways and maybe something else.
