    HIGH INTENSITY FITNESS TRAINING
    Beginning Monday November 5th


    Do you want to increase your fitness for sports such as soccer, football, hurling, rugby or track events? If your in the “off season” of even if your sport in right in the middle of it, high intensity fitness training is for you!

    High intensity training incorporating plyometrics, body weight resistance exercises, speed drills and endurance training in a 60 minute session can and will increase your anaerobic fitness and will also increase your local muscular endurance.

    Session Structure
    Light warm up
    High intensity main phase
    Light cool down

    Location Astro Turf @ Banna Beach Leisure Club Ardfert Co. Kerry
    Mondays 7pm - 8pm
    Males and females 17 years and up welcome,
    30 places available in total.
    €7 per session
