    Hi
I ordered €350 of clothes on asos.com and they emailed me back looking for a copy of my passport or driving licence and latest credit card statement (of the card used to place the order). has anyone else had this problem? is this normal? they say it's to check my identity?? thanks in advance

Have you got the right forum?

    This is fitness.

I wouldn't send my details like that. How come millions of other companies authorize credit cards no problem everyday? I'd tell them no thanks.

OP you might be better in Consumer Issues with this? Unless of course you were ordering a copy of the gorgeous little red number Ronnie was seen wearing in this year's Ol ympi a or the fab "black is the new black" PLing belt fashioned by Andy Bolton this season in which case it would still be totally the wrong forum, but at least I could see some reason behind you posting this here?

Anyways, from what I've heard asos.com are fairly above board, and good luck with the problem.
