Where / how to measure Body Fat %?

    I'm going to start a training journal, so would like to be able to do this on a semi-regular basis - thoughts?

    bf measurements are highly inaccurate as well as not being a good indication of health/fitness.

    A better measurement would be to test your abilities at certain activities. Can you deadlift more, bench more, squat more at different reps. i.e. What is your one rep max, three rep max, five rep max? How many at a certain weight can you do until failure? Can you sprint 100m/400m/1mile faster? etc.

    Or, if you're working out for purely aesthetic reasons, take a photo of yourself in the same lighting conditions every couple of weeks. If your waist is getting slimmer, and you're looking more ripped, you're doing good.
