Pilates Video - beginner

Hi,

I have started doing Pilates in the gym & I would like to do some practice at home. But - I would probably forget the various exercise! Can anyone reccommend a good video for beginners?

I find some of these quite good

The DVDs and books from the pilates institute in the UK www.pilatesinstitute.co.uk take the movements in a nice easy to follow way.

BUt each instructor has their own style and you are better asking your instructor about specific resources that they themselves recommend. Sometimes they have books or DVDs themselves that they can lend you for a short length of time until you get a handle on the exercises.

I bought an 'MTV pilates' dvd on CDWOW for about €6.99 was about a year ago defo recommend it!!!
