For a while now I've been getting foot cramps along the inside arch of my feet,

    it can happen any time,

although if I bend my foot in certain ways it can send to set it off,

I’ve started judo now and with the ground work and all my foot gets bent more and I have to stop and put weight on my foot to relieve the pain,

its very irritating it can even happen when im in bed,

    frustrating.

Anyways any one been through this before,

Or what kinda help should I seek ,

Or what kinda stretches or exercise should I do to prevent this

    thanks

go see your local physio/ physical therapist/ sports injury therapist

can't give diagnosis over a forum!! could be a number of things!!

yup... maybe up to 50 euro...

Generally it's probably tight points in your calf referring into your foot so might only need the calves done. Could be a build up of lactic acid in the calves... drink plenty of water but really it can be numerous things so not my position to offer a possible diagnosis or treatment

I've been there myself but mines a whole different problem (i have a twisted femur!). This is also my job, I treat Sports Injuries but it really is too hard to diagnose over the internet.

A physio/physical therapist etc will assess your posture and can maybe see that the problem is being caused by the way you stand etc.

Try googling the symptoms. If you REALLY have an adversion to getting it checked out by a professional (which I would obviously advise!!) it can give you a starting point to work from for fixing it.

But be aware you probably will completly mis-diagnose yourself and could make it much worse.
