Gym closing, need ideas!

Got the bad news last night that my gym is definitely closing next Friday. It was announced about a month ago but the owner has being trying everything to keep it open but unfortunately it's not going to happen :( The gym was perfect for me, mostly free weights, not too far from my apt and good crowd who were there to workout! There are no other gyms in my area so I would have to travel a bit but I don't have a car. Plus I'm planning on being in a new apt. from Jan. 1st so don't know where I'll be then so don't see any point in joining somewhere until the new year.

So, any ideas on how I can keep up training? I have cardio equipment in my house and I'm currently cutting after the summer festivities. Usual schedule would be AM cardio and gym 4 evenings a week and maybe the odd HIIT session now and again, eating ~2500 kcal's a day.

Would keeping up the cardio and adding HIIT sessions to replace the gym lead to muscle atrophy if I maintain my current eating plan? I'd be happy to hold onto what I have and just drop BF for the remainder of the year!
