I saw info somewhere before about a personal trainer working out of a gym somewhere near Coman's pub. Does anyone know of it/know the name of it, or have any experience of it?
    Thanks in advance

The nearest gym in that area is probably Carlsisle at the KCR. There are a number of excellent persoanl tainers there, including myself, however, I'm fully booked at present. I'd recommend you contact either Ray Lee, or David Cunnigham, each speciaise it a different aspect of training and fitness. If you'd like pm and I can give you their contact details.;)

Boru Dave Cunnigham wouldn't have a shaved head would he because I think he worked in my old gym.

OP it could also be LA Fitness which is about 5 mins from Comans pub

Dave occassionaly runs around without his hair, but for the most part he sports the biggest shaggiest mop of wolverine esque hair I've ever seen on any one calling themselves a professional. Imagine wolverine crossed with Chewbacca and doing military shoulder pressed while standing on a stability ball and that's what Dave looks like. :D

I'd say LA is closer as well.
