how would you rate this 3 day split dumbbell only program?

    hi,

    I am fed up with the full body work out and looking at doing a 3 day split routine for a while. I only have dumbbells to work with. what do you guys think of this program? I'm mainly looking to tone and build strength, im not looking to be he-man.
