    Hi

Has anyone heard of the "motivation" weight management place up in the Beacon clinic? If anyone could tell me a bit about it that would be great if anyone has ever been to it? I have about 2 1/2 stones to lose before next summer!! :)

    Thanks

I once did a heavy amount of research on the Motivation Weight Loss program when I was trying to select an appropriate one for a gym. I found none. The Motivation program works by inducing dietary ketosis and has similar side effects to Lipotrim, somehting I do NOT recommend. The placed NO value on exercise or long term diet correction. Everything that could possibly be wrong for a professional fitness point of view was.

Best advice, read the stickies, stick to the foods recommended there are take up a rigorous exercise program. It's not a quick fix, but a permanenet solution that will cost you nothing but time and will power, and will give you vital skills and attribiutes that will stand to you the rest of your life.

It's very low calorie, and they push their own packets and bars very heavily. Even if you were into low carb diets, this is not the one to go for, as they use a lot of processed junk in their bars.
