    hi there.

    i joined at gym for the first time 10 weeks ago.
    the reason being, i would get out of breath going up a flight of stairs. also at 6'3 i weighed in at 11 st 7 lbs. so i want to (A) get in shape and (B) bulk up a bit.

    has anyone here had similar experience and how long did it take to do A, B or both.

    any advice

    ps: i'm smoker who has quit just this week and lives on take-aways. (and i know to quit both)
