I'lve been training hard for a while and wondering what i could do to improve this

My current workout schedule would be something like this

    Weights Twice a Week

    Dips
    Chins
    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Bent Over Rows
    Shoulder Press
    7 min ab workout
    Benches
    Clean and press
    Flyes
    Bent Over Flyes
    Calf Raises
    Bicep Curls

I do about 5 * 10 of each of these

2 - 3 cardio sessions (sometimes up to 5) per week
    These could be
    10 K run
    45 mins on the bike
    Heavy Punch Bag
    Skipping
    Circuit training

usually about 400 - 500 calorie per session cardio workouts

I mix it up to stave off the boredom

Maybe 1 HIIT session per week

    1 - 2 2 hour surf sessions per week

    Diet

    Breakfast
Porridge with fruit + protein shake

    Lunch
    Salad with plenty of chicken/tuna

    Dinner
Chicken/Fish with veg - easy on the spuds/rice

    Fruit/Nuts throughout the day
    Maybe 1 yoghurt per day

The fat is coming off but slowly. I'm not too far off the weight I was before - maybe 3/4 stone lighter but not too much bulkier. I do notice that clothes that wouldn't fit me before do so now easily

My goal - fat loss through muscle gain.....plus being aerobically fit to keep the heart and lungs in good shape

I'm wondering should I be getting some creatine/ram in as well. How often and how it would help me. Also should I be getting more protein drinks in. I do weights at night and cardio in the early morning (before breakfast)

I'm in at about 6 hours per night sleep - is this enough

PLUS are there any other weight exercises i can get in there to help the cause

PS i train at home so it's regular barbells, dumbells, body weight exercises for me
