Stacking NO Explode & Cellmass

    Have tried NO Explode before a few times and find it works well. Just want to get peoples opinions on stacking it with Cellmass.

    What intervals would you suggest taking both.

    Celmass in the morning and post workout (would taking my protein shake alongside this have any effect on celmass, empty stomach etc)

    NO explode half an hour before workout.

    Any ideas or suggestions??

    i stack both of them at the moment i usually don't take cellmass in the morning though.I have a protein shake in the morning then i would have my NO XPlode pre workout around half an hour before,post workout i would have another protein shake and cellmass.

    Then before bed for recovery i would take a scoop of cellmass along with a protein shake.

    I feel it works best when you take it just before bed.

    I have just taken the plunge and bought NoExplode and Cellmass for the first time. Gonna start taking them from tomorrow, so great to see some tips on this thread.

    If anyone has any interest, I'll post my thoughts after a couple of weeks of use- might be helpful for some other creatine virgins who are thinking about looking for better gains than they are getting from their Whey protein...
