    Do you mean something like this? (Be careful googling pelvic v :)) Those lines just above his jocks?

    Low bodyfat is my guess.

    There is nothing specific that you need to do other than lose some body fat and train your core. It's a normal part of the anatomy and is more pronounced in men. Working your abs and in particular your lower abs, will help to emphasize it.
