i lift as hard as I can - alternate between - low rep/ high weight and high rep / low weight. But i generally get no doms.
the exception being my glutes can be tight after some heavy squating but the rest of my body is fine.
I am satisfied i am lifting (with decent form) as much as I can.

i do take protein and jump in plunge pool / steam room - assuming they help reduce doms.
My development in strength , size(although not that important to me) , fitness is progressing nicely.
    should i be bothered?

Not at all! You're making good progress and are not hurting after workouts.

DOMS can vary from person to person. I've been training for years and I always hurt for days after a tough workout, especially legs. Some of my clients don't report any soreness at all, no matter how much I push them.

    Consider yourself blessed!

Of course not, results/consistent progress is the holy grail of lifting.
If it ain't broke don't fix it etc.

    To echo the others. No.

You're progressing nicely. Don't screw it up because everyone thinks a lack of DOMS means you're not working hard enough. You're obviously doing something right if strength and size are going up.

On a similar note... I've found the ultimate cure for DOMS.
    Yoga.
    Works a treat for me!
